SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Tommie wants you to be excited with your tommie tie product. If something does not meet your expectation, or if you would like to exchange it, please contact us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Returns received within 30 days of the original purchase will be refunded in full, or exchanged, minus the shipping charges.  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and processed within five business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.

 

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless it is a result of our mistake, in which case we will provide a return label.
